A Change In The Wind: About Me

Hi There, how is your week going so far ? Mine's very good ! Especially now I'm the proud owner of a new 50 mm lens. These are great for up close portraits and give a awesome details in for example street of object photography. I'm very much involved in photography these days so I'm going to devote more attention to this on my site. I'm shooting for years now but have started taking photography seriously about one year ago and have recently updated my photography equipment and supplies. To me there’s no greater feeling in the world than when I’m out shooting, being ‘right in the moment’ to capture the beauty of this world. When I’m taking photos I forget about everything else around me and I’m happier than I could ever be. - How are you feeling about this ? Exited to see more or disappointed ? Of course I'm happy to show you some of my favorites like I always do but I think this is the right direction for me, I would be stupid not to follow it don't you think ?

A fun shoot: Cookie splash photo's. With a little practice it became very easy to freeze these splash moments ! Don't you just love the details of the splashes ?

Happy Mother's Day !

I just want to pop by to wish you all a wonderful and happy Mother's Day and a fun last day of this weekend. Above some pics of my trip to the forest last weekend, we got a large botanical garden next to it and there were some pretty beautiful flowers blossoming this time ! Aren't they pretty ? What do you think ?

Happy Easter !

Hello my dear readers, how are you doing on this first day of Easter ? Having fun ? Today we will be spending our afternoom at my mothers house where we're going to have a yummie brunch and have some fun with family and friends ! The rest of the day we're going to spend home, keeping it calm and relaxed ! Oh and before our brunch we're going to take a little walk in the forest and trying to take some lovely pictures !

I've created a Flickr account so I can share some of my pictures with you ! Not a lot for you to see right now but I'm trying to fill this up as soon as possible ! Small beauties

Here's something unexpected I found while I was shopping at the local plant center. These beauties are actuelly little flower vases ! Dont you just love them ? Rapidly took a photograph but I entirely forgot to take them along with me. I gladly would have had a couple of these.

At the house

Today i was looking at some of my old photo's and found these two images of the same flower in my garden. I took these from the same angle. It shows a great example of the differance between two seasons !
